from several states. We also enjoyed browsing the interesting shops
in Ridgeway including several nice antique and collectible shops. We were told that the second weekend of this festival
draws more than 10,000 visitors!

Nevin DeLacour,
working with oil paints, specializes in historic illustrations of life in
Pennsylvania creating scenes of historic buildings, past and present.
Nevin is currently working on collage paintings of the county seats of
Pennsylvania that highlight the town’s historic buildings. To date the collection consists of
Brookville PA, Ridgeway PA, Kittanning PA, Clarion PA, Butler PA,
Bellefonte PA, Greensburg PA, Franklin PA, Clearfield PA and Indiana
PA. Other commissioned paintings include, “Historic Punxsutawney Pennsylvania”,
“New Bethlehem Pennsylvania”, “Historic Oil City Pennsylvania”, “Jefferson County Pennsylvania”, “Ford City Pennsylvania”, and “Worthington Pennsylvania”. |
