About CollectibleWebs -- and Linda & Rich |
If you are from the Western Pennsylvania area, you are probably familiar with original Web site, ButlerWebs.com. Having worked on ButlerWebs for more than five years, the site grew to nearly 1,000 pages with more than 600,000 visitors a month. Being one of the most referenced Web sites in PA, the site needed to be updated and made more user-friendly. On December 1, 2005, we transferred the ownership of ButlerWebs.com to another company so it the much needed improvements could be made and so it could be administered better.
This gave Linda and Rich Hemphill the time to devote to the collectible section of ButlerWebs and start a whole new Website and business - CollectibleWebs.com. Our new Web site will be for anything and everything that has to do with antiques and collectibles and the vendors and artists who bring the world the beautiful merchandise, collectibles, decorative and gift items that everyone enjoys. We will also have calendars for fairs, festivals, flea markets, auctions, craft fairs, etc. for shoppers and crafters. These calendars will also be a place for communities, non-profit agencies, fire departments, etc. to advertise their fund-raising events (such as fairs, festivals, craft shows, etc.)
In addition, we will accept ads from other people who like to "dabble" in antiques and collectibles so they have a place to sell their merchandise and crafts on the Internet. This is especially helpful if they do not have a Web site of their own. And if they do have a Web site, we can provide links and additional exposure to their business.
